# DESCRIPTION The Universal Led Strip Controller is designed to control addressable and regular LED strips simultaneously and separately. The main hardware features of this controller are: * up to two 5V addressable LED strips (up to 255 LEDs per strip, and up to 5A of total power supply) control; * up to six channels for regular (single-color, double-color, RGB, RGBW, etc.) LED strips control up to 5A per channel, and up to 5A totally; * 4-symbols 7-segment display (or RGB LED can be installed instead); * rotary encoder for mode control (can be replaced by 12*12mm tactile switch button); * simplified powering circuit can be used if addressable LED strips control components are not installed; * USB port for control and firmware updating; * external EEPROM memory for settings store; * overvoltage and overcurrent protection; * the ability to install expansion and bread boards instead HL1 (data lines) and X5 (power): dimensions between their pins are multiples of 2,54mm # DEVELOPMENT STATUS * Prototype PCB is ordered, waiting of delivery * Firmware: driver developing in process
