Scrolling led matrix
Note:
The circuit diagram is designed for a maximum of 48 columns and 8 rows.
Row 8 will not be used as the code is only for 48x7 led matrix.
The led matrix is only 48 columns and 7 rows.

Main Components:
2 pcs - LM7805 (5V Voltage Regulator)
4 pcs - 10uF Capacitor
1 pcs - Arduino Nano or Uno
7 pcs - 74HC595 IC
8 pcs - 2N2222 Transistor
8 pcs - 1k Ohm Resistor (for transistor)
336 pcs - 200 to 1k Ohm Resistor (for led matrix)
336 pcs - LEDs (any color)
5-12V DC Power Supply
