High side gate driver for N-mosfet

Description

Circuit to switch a coil on the highside, with a N-mosfet (15 gate voltage like IRFP460, adjust boostconverter voltage for different gate voltages. or leave boost converter out, and power vcc2 and gnd2 with isolated battery to get the right voltage for the gate). Designed to switch really fast, for use in the 20 to 120 kHz range (higher and lower also possible)
