Description
The first opamp is an oscilator. The signal over the 2.2nF capacitor is sawtooth like. The second opamp is a comparitor that compairs the set voltage to the sawtooth and opens and closes the Fet. This FET does not need a gat transistor as it will switch on/of within the 5 volt range.
Potmeter can be replaced by 5 volt signal that comes from other source.
