When I had that cheap outdoor LED light with movement sensor I realized that I was missing something: wireless control through my home automation system.
So I started creating this in EasyEDA.
The tiny space at the back of the LED light must be filled with:
ESP-07S with external wifi antenna
110/230 AC to 5V transformer from Aliexpress
step-down converter to 3.3V from Aliexpress
Triac and optocoupler to turn the light on and off
optocoupler to sense the AC output of the movement sensor
Buitenlamp version 1.0 had some design issues: 230V power connections too close next to each other, the holes were too small and no fuse(s)
So version 1.1 is really an improvement in this development process.
Now version 1.2 needs to be built. Wannahaves are:
1 fuse in stead of 2
programming the ESP module after soldering must be made possible so TX, RX, GND, 5V, D0 and RST need to be delivered through a header or single headers of some sort
The shape needs to be smaller and more square so that it fits in a central box in the electicians installation (centraaldoos in huis)
maybe there will be version 1.3 which has all the above elements but is still long but tall and a version 1.3b which has a more square shape...
