Description
这个电路能够实现的功能有:测量电阻,电容和电感,以及二极管正向导通压降。本系统使用了iap15w4k58s4的单片机,包括lm393作为比较器,cd4502作为多路选择开关。电阻以及电容通过测量rc电路的充电时间来测量,电感通过lc振荡电路测频率,二极管通过正向导通进入单片机内部的ad转换模块以测得。同时全部用lcd1602显示出来,通过按键切换测量单位。
