Description
Designed this as a mini flashlight for my daughter. It had a 20000mcd white led (at about 25mA) and is powered by a single 18650 Li-Ion cell. As my stock of 18650s are unprotected, I added OC and OD protection with the trusty DW01+G and use a TP4056 to charge it (@ 560mA) from a male USB plug on the tail. The circuit is switched with a momentary switch as I do not want her to forget it on.
The casing will be a 3D printed affair that will need to keep the cell and PCB in place, provide support for the USB plug and hold the reflector, which will also be 3D printed. I'll upload the STPs as soon as I start designing them.
