Description
Understanding the waveforms observed when probing bridge rectifier circuits can be very confusing. It must be remembered that all voltage measurements are relative so care must be taken to think about and understand where each voltage is being measured with respect to. In simulations, the simple Voltage Probe makes a single ended voltage measurement that is made with respect to wherever the GND node is in a circuit. Updated 210311 signality.co.uk
