Please refer to the website linked in description before building/using.
The LED, Potentiometers, Switch, and FULL BRIDGE RECTIFIER all have breakouts in case you do not have the correct component size/shape, or if you wish to mount the pcb in an enclosure with those components in a different layout.
FULL BRIDGE RECTIFIER: It is recommended to use diodes rated at 6 Amps instead of a common 4 Amp rectifier, unless you can find one at a suitable amperage rating.
The P7 header is for a meter connection point for monitoring voltage, and P3 is used to calibrate the meter.P2 is used to choose amperage output.P1 is used to "regulate" voltage.
NOTE: THE AC INPUT MUST BE FROM A STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER OF 30V. DO NOT CONNECT TO MAINS. ADD A 1AMP FUSE BETWEEN MAINS AND TRANSFORMER. Also, place a 2.2nF nonpolar capacitor rated at about 250V across mains wires before transformer. You can see this in the website in the description.
Please note that I do not own the website in the description or the article, I simply converted the schematic they made into a usable pcb.
