Designed this as a mini flashlight for my daughter. It had a 20000mcd white led (at about 25mA) and is powered by a single 18650 Li-Ion cell. As my stock of 18650s are unprotected, I added OC and OD protection with the trusty DW01+G and use a TP4056 to charge it (@ 560mA) from a male USB plug on the tail.
