A comparison between the EasyEDA LM386 improved spice model
and the "NO-FRILLS LM386 MODEL" by Dave Dilatush 5/30/95.
The EasyEDA LM386EE/NJM386EE spice subcircuit model is a
new model developed for EasyEDA by signality.co.uk
The LM386EE subcircuit is featured in the **Tesseract Guitar Practice Amplifier simulation files**:
Demonstrating a behavioural model for an LVDS
transmitter with output enable using
the EasyEDA LVDSTSTXEE spice subckt model and
the LVDSTSTX schematic symbol.
The model is loosely based on the TI SNx5LVDSxx
High-Speed Differential Line Drivers:
Simple demonstrations of the SPICE subcircuit models of the Silicon Labs Si824x family of isolated MOSFET gate drivers intended for use in Class D amplifiers.
The models have been developed for EasyEDA by signality.co.uk and are available from the attached library file for use in other simulation tools.
Demonstrating the effect of dv/dt turn-on in a Thyristor.
For a Thyristor or SCR in the non-conducting state -
even with the gate tied to the cathode - as the rate
of change of voltage (dv/dt) across the anode and
cathode terminals exceeds the datasheet specified
maximum value (in this case 30V/us), the device will
A similar effect occurs in Diacs and Triacs.

A couple of simulation examples showing the realistic behaviour of the in-house EasyEDA TL081EE subcircuit for the TL081 opamp.
This model includes approximate power supply rejection, dynamic power dissipation, output current limiting and realistic load transient behaviour.
The model can be tailored to represent a wide range of parts by editing a set of parameters that are based directly o...
The original MCP601 model from:
is written in PSPICE syntax and is not directly compatible with ngspice.
The .subckt model on this page has been edited to run in ngspice, the simulation tool that is used for EasyEDA.
However, note that:...
