You need to use EasyEDA editor to create some projects before publishing
`Edit` button in https://easyeda.com/components/mylists does nothing

**BUG** Concise problem statement: Before the V3.10.4 update, the `Edit` button in https://easyeda.com/components used to allow editing of the Description and Tags. After the update, the components now appear in https://easyeda.com/components/mylists which also has an `Edit` button but the button now has no effect. I think the 'Edit' button needs to be removed.
