**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
Moving the `name` attribute of a pin changes the XY co-ordinates of the pin Start-X and Start-Y.
* This should not happen.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. New schematic symbol > place pin at Start-X = 0, Start-Y = 0
2. Observe that pin attribute shows Start-X = 0, Start-Y = 0
![pin attribute shows Start-X = 0, Start-Y = 0 ][1]
3. Move `name` attribute up by grid snap interval (10)
Results:
Observe that pin attribute now shows Start-X = -22, Start-Y = -7
However, *actual pin start XY on canvas has not moved*.
![pin attribute now shows Start-X = -22, Start-Y = -7][2]
This causes symbols to misalign when placed on schematic canvas but with no obvious reason.
It is very confusing for users.
Moving the name back to the default position, resets the Start-X and Start-Y to 0, 0.
Expected results:
Moving the `name` attribute should not affect the reported pin start XY co-ordinates.
