It seems there is no model for 4060EE and your inline model pasted as text, not `spice`

Strange! The inline model is set to text so that the symbol will go and look for the one I put into <https://easyeda.com/cgi/_Cxphdq/> on 2015/01/23! Both models are identical so why does it work when the pasted model is set to `SPICE` and not work when it is set to `COMMENT`?

You created a `4060EE` spice Symbol, but didn't have `4060EE` subckt in pair. I rename the `4060EE` spice symbol as 4060EE2
