**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
If you try to submit a post but are not logged in, then the old (pre-LCSC) login screen opens.
Login information can be entered and sent using this screen but nothing happens.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Log out.
2. Type something into a new forum post.
3. Click on `Add Comment` or `Post New Topic`.
