Why do same pins of 2 arduinos get connected in the PCB

I have a design where I use 2 arduinos on 1 pcb. Some arduino pins are used but some are not. The pins which are not used are automatically connected in the pcb design, when the pins have the same name and or numbers. Why is this and how can I make sure this isn't happening? https://easyeda.com/PeterEmaldo/PC_led_control_master-d58ef3964172417bab2a0061d978d69f

I can't understand what you mean, can you pick up the problem via red arrows or some images?

In the zoom of the PCB you can see that the RAW pin and pins 16,10 are connected on the 2 PCB's. But the schematic doesn't have this connection. ![Zoom of double Arduino][1] [1]: /editor/20170218/58a86ce4384af.png

I had a similar problems when using an Arduino Nano in my schematic. Then I noticed that there are faulty defined Arduinos among Components. I had to try several components before I found a working Arduino Nano.

@PeterEmaldo maybe you have fixed it, I can't see it @Anttiduino, there are some components are created by users, maybe have problems.

I didn't fix it, but you can show / hide them using the 'Device Manager' -> 'Nets' -> checkboxes. I turned them on now, so you can see them. I'm still wondering why EasyEda would connect the pins. Can this be caused by similar pin names/numbering? How to solve it?

Perhaps this question was lost in the DDOS attack. Could you check if you can still answer this question?
