I can confirm that if I take a copy of your schematic and then try to Export to PDF, PNG **or** to SVG **or** if I try to print the schematic, then all the netlabels are shifted about one grid square too high. I do not see this error when exporting other schematics.

I might have replied in a vague way. My problem was that arrowheads/drawn lines didn't always show in PDF exports. I managed to solve it by deleting all the arrowheads, saving the proyect, the proyect said "nothing changed" and then I added them again and saved, and this time the export was successful. It seems that sometimes when you save a proyect for some reason some lines and arrowheads don't get saved. So naturally in the export they don't exist, despite being "saved" clientside, they are not saved serverside. Another problem I encountered was using the add image tool, and inserting an image into the schematic, then when it was saved it was shifted diagonally upwards. I "fixed" it by offsetting my image in a way that the image after the export would be offset to where I actually wanted it to be. Of course this process was not comfortable and took a few tries.
