Picture 1 shows a copper region on the top layer around the IC: ![Bottom layer is hidden, see the top copper region][1] Picture 2 shows a bug where, if I enable display for the bottom layer, the bottom is displayed above the top layer region! Opened the same project on another computer, same OS, same browser, but worked there! Still busted on my home computer. I could delete local storage/cookies one at a time to try and troubleshoot, if you'd like.

@martin Please confirm your home computer using the editor is v5.1.3, we have fixed this issue.
