STD 2513 CG chip adapter board.
License: GPL 3.0
Mode: Editors' pick
An adapter board to allow replacement of a 2513 Character Generator with a 28C16 EEPROM. Can also use a 2716 UV EPROM if you have a programmer that can handle the 25 V programming.
The 2513 Character Generator chip was used in many 1970's devices like the Apple 1, 2 as well as most of the TV Typewriter projects published in Radio-Electronics and other magazines.
Search online for the .bin file for the 2513. Typically found on some Apple related sites.
