# Controller v6.1 for ARDF 2m fox #
Schematics and a PCB for Amateur Radio Direction Finding (ARDF) fox controller for 144 MHz (2m) band.
Largely based on ideas taken from DF1FO, PE5EDW, PE1GRL and the Montreal fox controller designs.
The controller is powered from a single-cell LiPo battery. The battery is being charged by 2A current from U3 switching charger IC. The main power from a battery is flown via Q1 MOSFET P-channel switch to prevent the reverse polarity battery conection. The 3.3V to MCU, ESP-12S and the PA is delivered by U2 IC. The fuel gauge is organised by sampling the battery voltage by MCU's ADC and comparing it with internal table.
The controller is driven by STM8L151K6 MCU. The ESP-12S is used for web-interface for fox setup and startup purposes.
The controller includes the pushbutton interface for turn-on/turn-off and startup operation. The indicator LED indicates the controller activity at the present moment.
