This is version 7 of the major iterations of the universal battery tester RePowered Batteries had been developping and is now making open as part of the PABL-O project. This tester supports up to 20A discharge (limited by readings), 20A charge (likely less due to heat limitations), and hardware adjustments of charging parameters as well as hardware protection to prevent short circuiting between the charge and discharge portions of the board.
