Supports programmers that do not allow non-jedec programming
History:
V1.1 : first version made from https://easyeda.com/ptchnk/Maskrom-read-adapter
V 1.2 : reduction of the PCB width to fit the DIP48 of the Xeltek SP 610P
Tests :
Be carefull that on Xeltek (SP 610P at least) pins verification will give an error, clic on continue to successfully read the maskrom
