It operates at both 3.3V and 5V. The pins starting with H and L are the PWM inputs, while the pins 1 to 3 are the outputs to the motor. Pin R is for reset, pin F is for fault, and pin E is for enable the board. The size is 2.54mm prototype PCB compatible!
