Why is H1/Progr CONN laid out as such?  Is it supposed to be an FTDI connection (in which case, it's not in the correct order)? What and how do you connect to H1 for?

@jnovack No it's not an FTDI connection header. It's TTL programming header and you will need the Arduino (or any other) USB to TTL module to program it. As the Atmega328P has the Arduino bootloader installed, you can program it like the Arduino uno from Arduino IDE.
