Description
Hermes-Lite I2C Extender, Allows to keep the I2C internal, but extend to external with robust 12-15V Level. Distance 20m, maybe 50m must be tested. Requires a second P82B96 on the receiver side to transform back to 3v3 or, also possible to get to 5V on the other side http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/p82b96.pdf?HQS=TI-null-null-mousermode-df-pf-null-wwe&ts=1591656407912&ref_url=https://www.mouser.de/ I want to connect my external PA500 to Hermes, get the Band filter switched, and the External TTR Signal. Board has some experimental reserve, the DB9 Pins are jumpered and allow to map also AIN1+2,ETTR or technically everything else from bus can be plugged into the jumper, avoid soldering and a crimped flat ribbon can be used. The order of the Pins are matching the jumper and HL2 board, so flat ribbon is ok. there are always 2x each pin of HL2 on the ribbon. See detailed results on github: https://bit.ly/38btZO1i
