STD Nano Flash Programmer III
Mode: Editors' pick
This is a programmer for AT29CXXX or W29CXXX DIP Flash Chips.
For example AT29C256 (32x8kb), W29C020 (256x8kb) and W29C040 (512x8kb).
The Nano needs to been programmed to accept Intel HEX8-16 codes (Line types 0, 1 and 2).
Attached in sample code for the W29C020.ino, edit the chip values at the top of the code to suit your chip/application.
I use the gtkterm to upload the hex file using 9600 8N1 but any serial terminal that allows uploads can be used.
