Description
An open (hardware and firmware source) surface mount (SMT) cut-tape feeder for do-it-yourself pick and place machines. This feader plugs into a 32 slot RS-485 backplane, which automatically assigns communications addresses. The feeder circuit includes: - 12Mhz Arduino Minicore compatible ATMEGA328P - RS-485 communications driver - ULN2003A stepper motor driver - JST HX connector compatible with 28BYJ-48 geared stepper motor - Power, Trigger and Mode LEDs - Tape advance switch - 10 pin 2x5 card edge connector
