Q1.Since EasyEDA offers perpetual free usage, what is the reason for providing a paid service?
EasyEDA is free and permits commercial usage, with no disparity in features for individuals or businesses. We provide a paid edition to engineers requiring additional services. Help them save time, and payment facilitates software development.
Q2.What's the difference between the paid and free plans? Can I use EasyEDA Pro without paying?
EasyEDA charges only for the service, and the software features are entirely free for every user. The paid service does not affect the editor edition. Whether it is EasyEDA Standard edition or EasyEDA Professional edition, you can use them at the same time.
Q3.What payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express (U.S. only), Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.
Q4.Is customer support available?
Our Customer Support team is here to help you. You can contact us through email or a forum, and premium users can also feedback questions through dedicated customer service.
Q5.Where can I find a receipt?
Receipts are available to account owners only. They can be found under the Account Center tab under My Order.
We try to keep refunds simple for our users. If you purchased EasyEDA and changed your mind, let us know within 14 days and we'll be happy to refund you. In special cases (e.g. double payment), the system will automatically refund you.
Q7.What if I run out of cloud storage?
The storage space we provide at present is enough for you to use for a long time. Please contact us in case of insufficient storage space.Or you can use offline version.
Q8.Why am I limited to paying annually? Is auto-renewal unavailable?
Monthly payments aren't supported since we wish to put our attention on the growth and optimization of our projects, not payments. A fresh renewal will be announced via email one month before the annual payment is due, which also prevents users from becoming confused by an automatic renewal.
A subscription term is annual. You pay once when you start and you’re entitled to use all the features contained within your chosen EasyEDA Subscription for one full year.
