An intercom system is a two-way communication electronic device that contains circuitry for the purpose of transmitting and receiving audio and/or video transmissions. In this case this circuit can only bear audio inputs and outputs. once circuit is completed, you can talk to the microphone and hear it through the speaker(with wire not wireless).
