Description
Monitor for the DCC and RS-bus.

Two DCC signals can be monitored; the first is used for monitoring the DCC track signals (train speed and lights) while the second is focussing on DCC switch commands. Experience showd the RS-bus monitoring is difficult (unless some resistors are put within the RS-bus), so a better approach is to directly connect to the Lenz LAN/USB Interface.
