Description

This project demonstrates that copper floods created using the Copper Area tool can:

  1. be drawn outside the area defined by the Board Outline;
  2. share edges (edges that drawn are on the same XY coordinates do not overlap);
  3. must be assigned the same netname as the nets to which they are to be connected.

So you have to have Copper island set to yes, but I can't find any setting that mentions copper island, so I am stuck.

Andy, I finally found where copper island is turned on, and i got the top of the board to fill, but when I went to the bottom layer and outlined the board, I could not get it to fill as it did on the top layer. Is there some way to explain why, or what is going on?
