# TL866 STK-14C88 Adapter # **CAUTION! UNTESTED – WORK IN PROGRESS – UNDER CONSTRUCTION** *sent to jlcpcb as part of the my November order.* ``` This adapter alows a STK14C88, mounted on a Breakout board, to be programmed by a TL866 as a 32k RAM chip and them automaticily copying the Current Continence to its nonvolatile Quantum Trap. It also works as a STK14C88 to 32k RAM adapter allowing it to be used as a ROM /RAM... IE When the system is powered up the continence of the nonvolatile Quantum Trap is loaded into it's RAM. and them from that point forward it acts as RAM. So if you have a Boot Loader loaded into the nonvolatile Quantum Trap, on powerup the system will run the bootloader and then you can use it as system RAM. This allows something like CP/M to be loaded by the Boot Loader and then run as a 64k RAM system, WITHOUT any other logic... You also have the option of updating the nonvolatile Quantum Trap in system, without having to remove it from the system... ```
