Description
Hermes / SDR Console compatible I2C Interface and conventional 12V control. Smallest board in that power range 197x125mm Inspired by W6PQL (Layout, Capacitors) and DJ0ABR (Chebychev and Ellypsoid) Created for the PA500 Project https://bit.ly/3dGUY66 3 times power security, more robust, control can fail and does not prevent radio to send. Easy to tune (capacitors all accesible from back side) Too big Toroids stay cool also in high temperature environment (40C) Extremely low loss design and very low SWR. 1.04 - 1.08. only a few capacitor types needed, no exotic values, easy to keep spare or tune later. Lowest possible cost. 2kV SMD, copper wire and a few toroids, low cost relais. All issues known now are fixed, and a few extra options have been added. Rev3 is the happy-build version.
