I have figured out how to do a small group of characteristic curves for transistors, a different circuit for each base current. This was necessary because I believe EasyEDA does not a .step peram spice directive. Still, I think the results are pretty good.

The supply voltage is varied between 0 and 10 volts over one second, and the simulation runs for one second. Each circuit's base current source's value is a different value, producing a different line on the graph.

Since the supply voltage varies linearly with time, a transient analysis can be interpreted like this: 200 milliseconds is 2v, 400 milliseconds is 4v, and so on.

I parameterized the supply voltage so that it is not necessary to change all of the circuits if a new max voltage is desired. Simply change the .param spice directive and interpret the x-axis differently.
