**Comparador para manipulador de baterias**

Compara a tensão da bateria conectada com uma tensão de referência, e aciona a solenóide da válvula de liberação e a lâmpada LED Verde caso a tensão seja superior ao limite, ou a lâmpada LED Vermelha caso seja inferior.
Ajuste otimizado para 12,7V.
