I fixed the ULN2803 package and GND on P20. Still need to investigate if there is a pull down resistor needed for Q1
Issues found during assembling the PCB:
- ULN2803 package is incorrect - it should be SOIC18. I will correct the PCB soon
- GND pin in the P20 5V/12V connector is not actually connected to GND
- The heartbeat LED is on...

Solar system power for esp8266 device like weather sensor. You need 5V 0.15W solar panel and small li-po battery for example 200mAh. Zener diode stabilizes voltage on 4.3, schottky diode give 0.15-0.2V voltage drop because 4.3V is too much for li-ion battery and prevents lekage current from battery.
