Seconsor controlled relay to be used for pump, main switch etc. S1 switch to be replace by magnetic water sensor (sump), photocell etc. For sump (drain pump) a timer might be needed to delay the start. This depends on the lenght of the sensor.

This is a simple but efficient voltage regulator / buck-converter circuit.
High Side Mosfet driver for elegence and a 393 to power the charge pump and for the comparator circuit.
