Includes 2:1 MUX, register, and bit test unit; all components optional.
PCB-GP is production-ready; it has teardrops and ground-plane. If not present, it means minor tweaks are ongoing.
Version 4.0 has numerous improvements, including fatter traces, better power input. Strongly suggest that 12v relays be used due to voltage drop issues with lower voltages.
The design is based on SMBakers 64k memory module (www.smbaker.com).
Pageable 64k RAM memory module using 2x 32k RAM chips a 64kb ROM (16/32kb).
I recommend using SCMonitor R3 with this module for ordinary operation.
The module has been modified to be working with the #28 Z180 CPU module and SCMonitor 1.00 43.
Address selectable, the default address is $38.
this is a very smal SMD print for the 23LC1024.
the 23LC1024 a 1024 kb SRAM chip.
i will try to make it work with arduino but succes is not guaranteed.

Project to help writing and reading contents of a particular EEPROM (AT28C64B).
Used Flip-Flops instead of shift registers because that's what I had at the moment.
Bonus LED to make it look more cool (wired to OE of EEPROM).
Example Arduino source code included (can clear memory or dump memory contents).
