WARNING This design needs to be revised if you intend to use interrupts for the encoders. I will rework the entire thing to address a few issues, se be warned if you base your design on it.

MSP430-based voltage and current adjustable power supply. Aiming for 0-12V, 0-1A, but can easily be modified for higher voltages and currents. No pre-tracking switchmode for now, might be a good idea for higher voltages and amperage.
