Thanks a lot for the comments and explanation. I will prepare a V2 and simply flip the to the other side. That should both fix it and also make the assmble a bit cheaper (as I have an FPC connector on thr bottom side already). I am still not sure by which detail I could recognize that it is a "sunken component". All the images in the component library show the led facing upwards. How can I notice this before holding the assembled board in my hands :)

Hello, this is because when the Partition Manager performs the partition deletion operation, the file deletion operation fails, and only the partition record in the canvas is deleted, but the sub-picture partitions PCB is not deleted. For this kind of error project, you can only manually delete the sub-picture partitions PCB in the left panel.Select this PCB and right click to delete it.[Picture]
