4 days agoHello, the short flag function is used to connect two different networks at the same time, but in the EDA editor, the two networks will be merged into one. This means that after using the short flag, only one network name will be updated to the PCB. So you need to pay attention to this.
According to your description, you are talking about connecting two GNDs? So is it the same network label? Can you take a screenshot of your schematic design? Don't forget to click on the connected wires and pins to see what their global network names are. Because the global network names represent the networks they are updated to the PCB.
