1N914 PCB footprint is incorrect for the first selection in the library

Using the bog-standard 1N914 as a generic small-signal diode in a design.  Did a search to find it in the library, chose the first in a DO-35 package in the list.  When I went to designing the PCB I noticed something odd, the cathode marking and pin assignments were wrong.  Reversed from what they should be.  NOT GOOD!!  Anyone else notice this?  Who should I contact to correct this?  Many of the devices in the user library are created by users so don't know if the person that created a particular library entry is the only one that change it (or delete it) or not.....
