3D export at scale?

Apologies if the wrong place, or if has been asked before :( I tried to look and couldn't find. I'm creating a box for my PCB that I"ve designed, it would be super easy to import the obj into Fusion 360 and sketch around,. but when I do the export the PCB is not at scale :( as in by alot.. my pcb is 100mmX9mm but on the obj is showing as something like 400mmX300mm I looked at the settings and couldn't find anything. I'm I doing something wrong, or the 3D export does not work how I think it does? Thanks

Export the 3D model unit size in 0.01 inch. If your scene size is in mm, then scale the model by 0.254 times

Try that or divide the original size for your example 100x9 so divide the Y dimension (100) by the Y dimension in the model (say 400 but I doubt it) and that will give you the scale factor, UserSupport are saying 0.254 as this would be the factor all things being equal, but I would check that
