You need to use EasyEDA editor to create some projects before publishing
AND gate wtihout power?

I am no electrical engineer, but I do know AND gates need power to operate. I am trying to figure out a way to make AND gates without a power source. The project I am working on does not allow any power to be present, just ground and output pins. How can I accomplish this with passive components?

You can do this using diode logic. Have a look for `Diode logic` on Wikipedia.

If your application has to be intrinsically safe then you are allowed power but subject to strict limitations. Not sure what they are but it would be easy enough to find out. :)
