About "Out of Stock"

Hello. If on your site, in the component search section, You find "Basic" 100nf capacitor (LCSC Part # C14663), then there are 5850968 in stock. But on the LCSC website, the same capacitor is Out of Stock. I understand correctly that JLCPCB and LCSC have different component stores. And if I plan to do the SMT Assembly of Basic part, then first of all I should focus on the number of IN STOCK on the JLCPCB website. I'm right?

I think all those marked 'Basic Part' sit in the JLCPCB assembly house.  Extended part means they have to be brought over from LCSC.
