Accidentally deleted schematics, but can't delete PCB

Hi! I'm new here, and have managed to accidentally delete two of the three circuit schematics in my first project. (I do not know how.) Is there any way to restore them? Also, I happened to make two PCBs from the same schematic, and now I can't find the way to delete the extra PCB. Does anyone know how? Best regards, Anders
