It's a 5050 case rgb led with an IC chip. Six pins. But it appears not to be addressable. It only performs the sweeping colour pattern seen in the video. I suspect it might be found in JLCPCB or LCSC component catalogs, but I can't figure out the search terms.
In the video I apply positive voltage to the right. You see the dent mark at the bottom right corner. In an ordinary 5050 rgb led array, the dent is at cathode side.
I'm most sure the very same led can be found in a garden light I have. A small lamp with a solar cell and some super capacitor. At daytime the solar cell charges the capacitor. At evening, when it becomes dark, the capacitor is discharged directly through this led.
