Select it when you order the board.

Thanks but is there any way the change in easydea? I'm using a type of USB port that is fitted on the side of the board. It must be used in 1mm boards and because the default is set to 1.6mm, it results in a bad 3D simulation.
In its present state of development, EasyEDA has no awareness of - nor dependence upon - board thickness.
The user makes the choice of board thickness governed by:
1. mechanical constraints due to component choices (i.e. lead lengths);
2. mechanical constraints due to enclosure design;
3. any considerations of the design of controlled impedance traces (i.e. board stackup).
The choice of board thickness is physically expressed by the user at the time of ordering the PCB which from within EasyEDA look like this:

mwon, I don't know if this is helpful, but you can change the modelled thickness in the 3d viewer:

Thanks, @tobalt. Yes, I also found that feature. However, it does not solve the bad 3D generation. I was working with this connector (C309357):
[https://www\.lcsc\.com/product\-detail/USB\-Connectors\_HOOYA\-USB\-307HI\_C309357\.html](https://www.lcsc.com/product-detail/USB-Connectors_HOOYA-USB-307HI_C309357.html)<br>

that needs 1mm thickness. Although that feature allows setting the board thickness to 1mm, it fails to correctly simulate the 3D because it does not readjust the thickness from the center.
But thanks anyway!
I also have this issue.
I'm exporting the 3D model from EasyEDA into Fusion360, to test the physical assembly fit.
But there are a two issues.
1) The exported EasyEDA model needs to be scaled by a factor of 0.0254 in Fusion360, to be correct sizing (otherwise it's HUGE)
2) The thickness of the exported PCB doesn't match what I'll get it fabricated as.
It seems to be 2.6mm, I'd love to customize it to be 1mm. It's not feasible to edit the imported mesh.
I guess I might have to switch to Eagle instead of EasyEDA.
Setting board thickness **is** possible when exporting 3D model from EasyEDA Editor Pro (it's completely free for individuals as long as I understand). If you work in Editor STD (standard edition), you need to migrate your project to Editor Pro. Then, go to Top Menu - Tools - Layer Manager - Layer Stack and set board thickness (or you can also change thickness of individual layers). After that go to 3D View ("3D" button) and you should see your board rendered with correct thickness. It will be preserved when exporting to STEP or OBJ.
