Your question is unclear.
This part is available from LCSC but it is not available for PCB Assembly by JLCPSB:
If you place it on a PCB then you can still generate Pick and Place data for it:

* You can generate a Pick and Place File for any parts that you put on a PCB in EasyEDA.
* However, JLCPCB can only assemble parts that they hold stock of onto a PCB.
* JLCPCB cannot assemble parts bought from LCSC onto a PCB.
