C9861 wrong STM placement

When C9861 (STM32L151C8T6) is placed on PCB - Pick And Place file contains wrong angle for SMT order: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/zX6MK5c6sMMOPq6RqnDjOQlry8qC662syTSuZ38L.png) It should actually be -90 degrees.

If you find a problem with any Schematic Symbol or PCB Footprint, please select it in the Search Libraries tool and then right-click > **Report Error**.
